Centrifugal Dryer

The Centrifugal Dryer is a specialized finishing machine that rapidly removes moisture from parts after wet finishing processes by using high‑speed rotation combined with hot air circulation. It places components in a perforated basket or drum, spins at high RPMs to throw off water via centrifugal force, and simultaneously blows heated air through the load to evaporate residual moisture and protect surfaces from stains or corrosion. The machine is suitable for small to medium‑sized components made of metal, plastic or ceramic, and is especially useful where delicate parts must be dried without tumble media contact. Built with stainless‑steel baskets, safety interlocks on the lid, and optional heating and speed controls, it ensures efficient, uniform drying.
